S1 stands for Safety First and protects every rider from the first impact. The S1 Body protector is specially designed for cycling. The S1 body protector is donned like a vest with a zip on the side of the chest. 
The lightweight vests are anatomically designed for a perfect fit. Equipped with the latest protective materials, this vest makes the ideal combination of protection and comfort. The flexible foam which is designed to harden on impact to absorb shock is on the chest, sides of the upper body, shoulders, elbows and the entire back.The protection vest is very comfortable and lightweight.

Fabric 2 - Body: Spandex fabric 85% Nylon + 15% Spandex 
Fabric 3 - Elbow: Anti-abrasion fabric 14.5% Kevlar + 61.5% Nylon + 6% Spandex + 18% PU coating. 
Zipper - Front: YKK #5 Vislon zipper 
PAD 1 - Body: 5mm EVA + 8mm Foam, total thickness 13mm 
PAD 2 - Shoulder: 5mm EVA + 8mm Foam, total thickness 13mm 
PAD 3 - Elbow: 3mm EVA + 5mm Foam + PE hard shell 

Washing instructions 
Wash at 30 degrees. 
Do not use bleach or fabric softener 
Do not tumble dry! 
Let dry on a clothes hanger or clothes line.
